Indiana Horse Rescue is the Equine Division of Animal Protection Coalition, Inc a charitable, 501(c)3 non profit, animal rehabilitation rescue shelter for abused, neglected and unwanted animals. The rescue facility is located in central Indiana, just 45 minutes north of Indianapolis.

Indiana Horse Rescue has served and helped animals and their humans all over the state, surrounding states and many of America's Mustangs.

We couldn't be happier to have you visit our "barn" on the web. While you're here, stay a while and read about some of the extraordinary horses we have had the privilege of helping and who have enriched our lives.   See what a dramatic difference we can make working together as told in our Success Stories...and if you're moved to help.

In case you're wondering how your donations will be used, all of the many talented people who help Indiana Horse Rescue volunteer their time and talents - THERE ARE NO PAID STAFF AT INDIANA HORSE RESCUE - ALL DONATIONS GO DIRECTLY TO THE CARE OF THE HORSES. On the down side, please be patient if you contact us and it takes a while for a response. We do love to hear from you, but since most of us work or go to school full-time job in addition to volunteering, sometimes it's hard to keep up.

We have a group of supporters looking for donations, sponsorships, grants and volunteers and supporters who hold various fundraisers to help and feed the animals who come to us in need. If you know of a fundraiser or can hold one to help with the animals care and feed of Indiana Horse Rescue please contact the farm.
