Colorado: Flying Ah Ranch and Sanctuary
Posted on Saturday, September 17 @ 13:29:38 MST by donna

Horse Adoption and Rescue Trinidad, Colorado

A Colorado Non-Profit,

Mustang Rescue and Sanctuary

Outdoor Education Center

The Flying Ah is dedicated to the preservation  of one of America's greatest resources...The Mustang Horse.  Mustangs are the result of the best breeding program known to man, natural selection.  These amazingly hearty creatures helped the pioneers settle the west and continue to be a source of pleasure as well as loyal companions to man.

SanctuaryThe Flying Ah will provide Sanctuary to unwanted, neglected or abused mustangs.  Efforts will be made to match mustangs with new owners, but if that fails, mustangs will have a permanent home at the Flying Ah.

The Flying Ah provides a safe haven for mustangs and other breeds that are suffering abuse or are in danger.  Horses are rehabilitated and, when possible, adopted into permanent homes.

Our objective here at the Ah, is to educate people about legislation effecting free-roaming mustang herds, proper horse care and safety.
